A two-stairwell, eight-storey apartment building. The ground floor holds an open car park.
Under an agreement with the municipality, the works covered part of Nidos Street as well as the building's own grounds: a shared car park, a children's playground and sports grounds. The colours respond to the neighbouring building by architect Algirdas Šviderskas.
