The quay of the Neringa Fort is being adapted for education. A path along the rampart will link the first and third maritime history halls, with benches and display stands about the fort.
A two-level pontoon boat landing is designed next to the quay, and light stairs by the third hall lead to the top of the rampart, fitted to the terrain as closely as possible.
