We draw on the experience we gained at an international design and project management company when managing projects and providing technical supervision during construction.

We have completed projects combining project management and technical supervision of construction. We most often provide these services for projects we have designed ourselves. We work with some clients on an ongoing basis.

We have worked with clients in Lithuania and abroad. Projects for which we provided management or supervision services include:

• “Geson Baltija” printing house in Gargždai – 3 440 m² total floor area, a project by a Swedish company;
• Arena shopping centre — 18 000 m² gross floor area, a project by an Icelandic company; we represented the client;
• “Swelbalt” warehouse with administrative premises – 1 340 m² total floor area, a project by a Swedish company;
• “Ostsee Fisch Kretinga” fish processing plant – a project by a German company.

Our design experience helps us identify shortcomings in both project solutions and construction work. Our work is included in the list of technical supervision and project management projects.
