When the revised Law on Spatial Planning came into force on 1 January 2014, we began preparing land parcel formation and reorganisation projects in the ŽPDRIS system, alongside detailed and special plans. We also help change the designated use of land parcels.
We keep track of changes to legislation governing spatial planning. After assessing the plot and the client’s brief, we select the planning documents needed to begin design and construction work.
