Residents of the apartment building at Vingio St. 35 in Klaipėda began renovating it because they wanted to be the first in their neighbourhood to live in a modernised apartment building. After the renovation, the building became more comfortable, uses less energy and stands out for its refurbished façades.
The renovation of the apartment building at Vilniaus St. 24 in Telšiai reduced energy consumption and improved living conditions. Even residents who had been sceptical about renovation are pleased with the result. Inspired by this example, residents of a neighbouring building have started renovating their own home.
After renovation, the apartment building at Veterinarijos St. 29 in Klaipėda took on a new look. Residents are pleased with lower heating costs and brighter apartments.
