Modernisation of a five-storey apartment building with four stairwells, built in 1974. A ventilated facade system was installed, the walls, plinth and roof were insulated, windows and doors replaced, the loggia glazing made uniform, and the heating and ventilation systems renewed. The energy performance class rose from D to B. Client: UAB “Civinity namai Klaipėda”; contractor: UAB “RNDV Statyba”.
