In the 2021 apartment-block renovation awards, the top three places went to buildings whose renovation designs were prepared by “Progresyvūs projektai”:
1st place – Vingio St. 35, Klaipėda.
2nd place – Veterinarijos St. 29, Klaipėda.
3rd place – Vilniaus St. 24, Telšiai.

2022 apartment-block renovation awards
In the vote held from April 7–27, the apartment building at Pilies St. 3, Klaipėda, received the most votes. High costs and the restoration of the castle site opposite the building prompted residents to renovate. After the façade was insulated and the heating and other systems upgraded, the building achieved energy performance class B. Annual energy consumption fell by 74,71%.
